That is wonderful. I really enjoyed it. I can see the happiness of hearing the sounds on your face.
I just got done with my 7th mapping today. Each time it gets better and better. I finally found my favorite program the HisRes - p 100% t-mic. I'm a long time HA wearer and I find the T-Mic is so much better with hearing. The 50-50 reminds me of wearing my HA.

Thanks for the tip, Valerie. My program #3 has a 100% T-mic, but I haven't tried it yet. I'm running #2 with HiRes-S today, but I'll try #3 tomorrow.
As Valerie said, it was evident from the look on your face that you were pretty pleased with the results! I bet your wife was also in heaven seeing you have such a positive experience - and right out of the starting gate. Awesome.

I loved getting to share it with ya and hear your voice, which, by the way, sounds great. You don't sound deaf to me...which is a big deal...an advantage of being late-deafened that I don't have! :)
I need to work on captioning my video a bit...but now more than ever...no time! Argh!
